Data Usage: Your data is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Orizon Invest experience, including personalized investment insights and account security.

Permissions & Sensitive APIs

Our app requests specific permissions to function correctly and securely. We only access sensitive information when it is strictly necessary for the app's features.

• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Used to provide localized investment opportunities and ensure compliance with regional financial regulations. We do not track your location in the background.
• Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): Used for secure authentication. All biometric processing occurs locally on your device's secure hardware. We never collect or store your raw biometric data.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used for analytics and attribution to help us understand our user growth and improve our marketing efficiency. You can reset this ID in your device settings.

Device and Network Abuse

Orizon Invest strictly prohibits any behavior that interferes with the proper functioning of a user's device or network. We do not:

• Facilitate unauthorized access to other apps or services.
• Consume excessive battery or bandwidth in the background.
• Bypass system security or privacy controls.

Deceptive Behaviour

We believe in absolute transparency. Orizon Invest does not include any hidden features, deceptive claims, or misleading functionality. All app capabilities are clearly disclosed to the user.

Misrepresentation

Orizon Invest accurately represents its identity, affiliations, and purpose. We do not impersonate other entities or falsely claim endorsements. Our financial data is sourced from reputable providers to ensure accuracy.

Google Play Target API Policy

Orizon Invest is built using the latest Android SDKs and adheres to Google Play's target API level requirements. This ensures that our users benefit from the latest security and performance enhancements provided by the Android platform.

Data Security and Retention

Encryption in Transit: All user data collected and transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. This ensures that your information remains secure while being transferred between your device and our servers.

You have full control over your data. You may request account deletion at any time through the app's settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days, unless required otherwise by law.
